      Individuals and community groups are welcome to submit messages of general 
interest for display on MCTV.  Due to MCTV Mission and Bylaws certain messages 
are prohibited.  These includes messages of a commercial nature, and messages which 
are prohibited by law (e.g. lottery, libel, slander, obscenity, etc.)
     Each person or group submitting a message must be a resident or have principal 
offices in Millbrae.  Proof of residency in the form of a copy of your drivers 
license or business license must be submitted with your message.
     Each submission must have the name, address and telephone number of the sponsor 
of that message, who assumes all responsibility and liability for that message.  
This information need not be displayed on the television screen
     Messages may be up to 2 pages long, and will be displayed for approximately 
7 days, or 14 days, as selected by the submitter.  Exact starting date and ending 
date cannot be guaranteed as messages are updated 2 to 3 times per week.
     For readability on small televisions it is recommended that each message page not 
exceed 30 characters in width, including spaces, nor 7 lines in height.   
     NEW!  -  We can include a photo or graphics to add interest to your page.
